SCROLL

Ballet dancers and performance science

Berenice Beverley ZammIT

PhD | Chartered Psychologist | Violinist

Performance science for high-level artistic and professional practice.

When demand increases, performance reorganizes: breathing, muscle tension, attention and control shift under scrutiny.

Berenice works with musicians and performing artists, athletes and other high-stakes performers, as well as institutions, tailoring preparation that reflects these changes, integrating performance science, psychology and professional musicianship.

It is just amazing how impactful sessions with Berenice have been and how grateful I am for her coaching!

Berenice helped me train to perform under pressure. Step by step she helped in strengthening my confidence by helping me be performance-ready at any given time, guiding me to concentrate on my strengths as a performer. Only recently, as I played through the Dvorak concerto in the foyer of the theatre here, I was approached by a music producer who commented on the confident intimacy of my playing. In short we’re now discussing collaboration and I know this would have never happened hadn’t Berenice helped me with my confidence and focus.

Berenice, once again, thank you so much for all you have done and for striking the perfect balance between coaching and being the wonderful person that you are! I will always recommend you!
